Southwest Powerboating is an RYA recognised training centre, Situated within the wonderful setting of Port Pendennis Marina next to the Maritime Museum and only a few minutes walk from the ‘Events Square and the Town Centre’.
The combined location of the centre and the Commercial Port of Falmouth with its surrounding creeks, harbours including Falmouth Bay which is often visited by Dolphins, Basking Sharks and Seals, combined with the Fal and Helford rivers you will struggle to find a location with such uncluttered waters and diverse surroundings, anywhere else in the UK.
Southwest Powerboating offer all levels of Powerboating from complete Novice to Advanced and Instructor Courses. The centre also offers shorebased courses which include Navigation VHF/SRC and Radar.
Southwest Powerboating instructors experience in the maritime industry both the leisure and commercial spans over 20 years, the past 10 in and around the wonderful waters of Falmouth.
You will be assured of quality training in a wonderful environment with experienced instructors.
